...See more My fear and anxiety got the best of me I think the other day with work. I don’t know how to best handle it to where I don’t get so stressed out and work up about work. It has been causing me a bad headache for a day now and I passed out due to I think the extreme stress. What can I do? Thankfully someone was with me when I passed out to help me and I am fine now, but it terrified me.

...See more I have a co-worker who is literally picking on me and trying to make me look bad at work. I have only been professionally and respect of her as well in every way. I am not sure what I can do because she is lying about me at work. What strategies could I use to protect myself against her? I already struggle with low self-esteem and self-confidence.
