Cancer/Serious Illness anxiety

...See more I’ve had a weird pain in my abdomen for around 6 years now (I am 30yo) and I’ve had tests done and a CT scan, they all came back normal but I’m somehow convinced I have cancer or something very serious. I get bad nausea, especially when I wake up and lately I’ve been waking up at night with a weird feeling like that part of my abdomen is being strained. If I don’t eat regularly it gets worse. My uncle passed away a couple of years ago because of esophagus cancer and I’m afraid I might get something similar. The pain has been worsening but I’ve had a very stressful period some months ago, with a lot of work and moving houses so anxiety is a possibility but I would only have lunch around 4pm and dinner at midnight during that period and I’m scared I might have developed a stomach ulcer because of not eating enough and that that ulcer might develop into cancer. I feel like I’m going to collapse anytime and don’t know how to get over this feeling. I have been dealing with anxiety and panic attacks since I was 17 and usually I can tell when it’s anxiety or no but not in this situation and I’m afraid I wasn’t assertive enough with the doctors before and that if I do have something serious it is my fault they didn’t find out sooner because I didn’t push enough for them to do more tests.
