...See more Is it normal to be anxious about literally everything? Is it normal to not know how to relax? I am going on vacation tomorrow and I am literally stressed about it. I want to through a college graduation party for myself, but I am not sure if I want to because it makes me too anxious! I flake on my friends because I am nervous they will give me COVID. I have never seeked help for my anxiety, but these days I am seriously considering it. What made you finally consider getting help for your anxiety?
