I am here to talk anytime. I mainly can provide support in anxiety, depression, breakups, depression, domestic violence, family stress, panic attacks, relationship stress, self esteem, and student life. ...See more My anxiety seems to happen around the same time every night. I sleep very little and my friends are beginning to comment on how tired I look which makes me even more anxious. I'm not really sure what to do, but I've started practicing more self care and breathing techniques.
