...See more (warning slightly gruesome) Hi, so this one’s a strange entry. it’s not about depression or any mental health issues except it definitely is effecting my mental health. I’ve recently turned 18 and started being able to learn to drive. I’ve always been excited to drive. I pushed past my lessons really quickly and completed my theory with only one wrong answer so when my test was booked for today, i was super enthusiastic. after about 15 minutes of the test i had to take a left on a round about and the join and intersection with a speed limit of 60km/h. After driving for a few minutes on this road i noticed a gold nissan tailing me really closely. my instructor didn’t tell me what to do as it was a test and he wanted to see how i would handle the situation so at first a flicked on my hazard lights yet he still didn’t back up. Since it’s illegal to break check i couldn’t do that so i ended up indicating left to try get away from his tailing yet he swerved left. thankfully i hadn’t merged yet so i let him overtake me. He sped up really fast and overtook the person infront of me, he didn’t check properly and there was a motorbike there. As he merged i heard the car infront of me honk before i heard wheels swerve and my examiner emergency braked. after hitting his head on the dashboard and me hitting the steering wheel, i looked at him for a split second before seeing a man’s body roll on the road infront of me, followed by a trail of blood was his decapitated leg. the car infront of me had crashed into the back of the golden nissan which wiped out the motorbike driver, before he drove of as if nothing happened. thankfully the car infront of me stopped and stayed to check on the biker however when he got out his car and went to help the biker he picked him up saw his leg and noticed he was dead and dropped him screaming. my examiner rushed me out of the car and onto the side of the road incase someone came speeding and hit us while we were stopped however the only side we could safely stay was right next to the riders body. he had no eyeball and there was so much blood everywhere. i don’t even know how he lost his leg but after seeing this i never want to be on the road again. i feel sick to my stomache. after hitting my head my nose started bleeding and as i stood to the side holding my nose while sobbing we noticed how much of a splatter there was, over my car, the motor bike and th car infront while people passed by in horror he was already gone. i had just watched this happen and now we couldn’t do anything but watch him bleed out. it’s been over 14 hours and i’m not coping well, i can’t eat, i can’t drink. I just feel so sick. i don’t know what to do
