...See more Hello guys! I really really need your help. i am in a relationship for almost 1 year and we love each other so so much and none of us would ever cheat or flirt with someone else. BUT I have really big problems with the jealousy. I don’t know if this is coming from the past or just from my low self esteem. my boyfriend is really really handsome and he looks different than the other guys from my country because he is not from my country, so all the time everywhere we go, girls stare at him or try to get his attention. and for me, the problem is the fact that i am more anxious when we are around pretty and hot girls. I start to be so anxious that these girls will look at him and maybe by mistake he will look back and they will think he is interesed. I also feel so anxious when pretty girls are around because if he would look at them, this would make me feel so bad and insecure, and i know it s not normal to feel like that, but i din’t know how to change my mindset. i know he loves me and he doesn t want any other girl, but i m still so insecure when i m around pretty girls. i tried to find a good psychologist to talk about this but i didn t find and I can’t really afford therapy because for sure this would mean many sessions of therapy. i really need your help, thank you so much!
