Hi, I'm glad you found me on 7 cups of Tea. I'm a trained active listener and would like to help people that are going through episodes of depression and have self esteem issues. I have recently been through the same experience and with continuous help and therapy I have managed to overcome so many issues in my life that I thought I would never be able to. I believe that my experience can help save a life just as how my life had been saved. It's so much easier to talk to someone that can relate to your experience than to someone who has never walked a day in your shoe. I would really like to help you. :)
