Hi there! I'm just a Normal Guy living a normal life. We are all the same, we have same set of problems but only different situations. Life is quite thrilling, there are highs and lows, that's what most of the people say and I believe it's true but there are times in life where you just need to talk to someone, when you need some help. I'm here to play my part. It feels like a responsibility to help someone out of pure compassion. I've been blessed to help my friends and other people and maybe I can really help you :)

...See more Hey Guys! Today I would like to discuss a very important factor in moving on with depression. When someone is depressed , they are usually sick with their current enviornment , its like they've got everything but still they feel a void inside and lack of purpose or desire to carry on with life. What I've learned and observed is that they need to see a different life. Its like show them a different living environment, involve them with your life, talk to them about things in your life and something new or exciting, have a laugh with them, share jokes , just don't remind them that they are depressed. Don't ever say then they need to move on with depression , the thing is its a very good idea but they've already thought of that numerous times :p. Guys I would love to know if anyone of you had been depressed and how you came out of that depression or anyone who have seen someone coming out of depression :)

Golden, you have been very helpful, I felt better after talking with you Brother. My head felt a little more open. I am trying to think of something you can improve on, but you have been very helpful and understanding with me. I will watch the video you shared with me because knowledge removes blindness, arrogance and opens paths. But honestly, I cannot think of something you have to improve on. I rather think that more people could actually learn from you. Maybe that is what you could improve on haha. Thanks again brother.
