...See more I don't know but from the starting of my anxiety phase is went for different tips tricks so many suggestions and when the phase passed it gave me the fear of relapse and many more fear but im just17 not older enough to understand all the heavy paths which are needed or not to get out of this loop and from the starting to know one of my enemy is too much analysis searching not trusting gut feeling just going for that which feels hard and confusing and still im unable to realise that what just real healing means what to choose and why my brain is so obsessed with anxiety topics overthinking overprotective I don't know about future fears but I want calmness in my present because I've lot to do in future lots of imp work but this *** is distracting me again and again someone please tell...
