...See more I've been in an amazing relationship with my girlfriend, but then I started facing alot of stress at work. And then the anxiety started up with my relationship, thus the onset of depression started to kick in more and more. I just now started to seek help for it because I've struggled with it alone for years now, and no longer want to push people away in my life like I once did. I'm just finding it really difficult tho right now because I've programmed my self to push people that I care about and belive now my girlfriend deserves better. Even tho shes be trying to help me through this. I just feel numb everyday now, I cant make a smile. And dont want to belive that I fell out of love. And many it's just this mental illness that's preventing me from feeling like I once did. This is the first time I've tried to seek help, and first time ive let someone in my life. I don't want to loose what we had, but I'm also a afraid of herring her by the depression. I just feel lost right now with this.
