...See more Hi guys, hope this is the right section. Anyways I'm posting here because I have struggled with a depression since I was 12 or so. I started meds when I was 18 but they didn't help me so I stopped taking them. I've found a way to keep me feeling calm and collected and not anxious all the time, but what I still struggle with is bottling up my emotions. I have a lot going on with my Dad and it really bothers me and so I think about it often and then something will happen and I'll get upset and for some reason I can't shake it. I get quiet. I can't talk and I just become bleh. My girlfriend and I just broke up over this and I really want to change and be able to express myself more I just don't know good ways how. Please please help me
