...See more Hello, im Sara :) For a few years ive been experiencing OCD symptoms. I went to a few proffesionals and i don't have a official diagnosis but i heard that this is almost certainly OCD. Recently i got mediciation for this and anxiety, im really happy i got these meds because they helped me a lot, i feel less scared and hopeless. Also my symptoms are not that bad anymore. I went to therapy and im trying to get better but i wanted to ask, do yall have any tips on how to manage with OCD how to make it less idk challenging? its really hard for me. Everyday i think about how my life would be without this ***. Today i have a really bad mood and idk what to do. Also don't mind my english, not my native language.
