...See more Hi, I just got this app yesterday. I don't how to start this sorry, I never reached out to anyone about my mental health, it feels really awkward hah, I did so many tests and I got depression. Getting a therapist or a diagnosis in my country is very expensive and not worth it since our healthcare is horrible. I could be bipolar but I don't know, it's just whatever is ruining my life, I really need to stop it for my sake and people's, I ruined every relationship with almost every person I know because of my mood swings, I tried everything, all hobbies but I can't find any amusement or joy in doing it. I can't go out side since I have no one so I just rot in my room, I don't know where to start or how. All I want is to get rid of this. Sorry for the long uncessesary talk
