...See more Today I had a meltdown, and I get so tired afterward, but I literally cannot sleep. Does anybody who is more experienced than I know what is going on and what I can do about it? Additionally, I would love to know how to stop meltdowns before they happen and how to cope while they are happening.  Thanks!
