...See more Hey there! I'm reaching out for some advice. I'm a junior in high school, and a couple of years ago, I went through a really tough heartbreak that triggered a lot of things for me. I was acting out, and I'd have extreme mood swings - going from highs to lows in an instant. This strained my relationship with my parents, who aren't very understanding. They either deny that anything is wrong with me or say I need help without really following through. Lately, I've been feeling lost and desperate for help. I've been slipping back into old habits, acting impulsively and turning to drugs. I have moments when I'm at my best, but then I hit rock bottom again. if anyone could possibly tell me what is going on or if they’ve felt this before please do let me know, BPD is something that runs in my family but my parents don’t think I could have it..
