Hello :) I decided to become an active listener here on 7 Cups because several friends have told me that I'm easy to talk to and have a calming presence, and I would like to provide that for more people who need it. I am a queer woman of colour working in a STEM field so I have often experienced loneliness and alienation, and I know that having someone to talk to can help a lot.
