I've been listening to people share their lives, anxieties and struggles as far back as high school. I love to listen and hold space for people to gain more clarity about who they are, where they want to go and what they need to be fulfilled in life.
I'm 51, and young at heart. I write songs, practice yoga and meditation, and have many other tools I utilize to manage my anxiety and my harsh inner critic. It's an ongoing adventure!
