...See more Just wanna apologize in advance if this doesn't make sense, I just really need to talk about this. Recently, I have been very stressed and I have no idea why. I just can't figure out what is making me feel so anxious. I have trouble focusing in class because of it. I have trouble falling asleep and always get way less sleep than I should. I always end up very tired the next day, but the same night I just can't sleep. My appetite has gone down, too, and even the smallest meals will fill me up completely. I have begun to feel really sad, but I don't know why. All of this is just making me even more stressed than I should be. I have no idea what is happening to me, and I am honestly really scared. If you can, please tell me what you think might be wrong and feel free to ask for more details if you need them.
