Just wanna apologize in advance if this doesn't make sense, I just really need to talk about this. Recently, I have been very stressed and I have no idea why. I just can't figure out what is making me feel so anxious. I have trouble focusing in class because of it. I have trouble falling asleep and always get way less sleep than I should. I always end up very tired the next day, but the same night I just can't sleep. My appetite has gone down, too, and even the smallest meals will fill me up completely. I have begun to feel really sad, but I don't know why. All of this is just making me even more stressed than I should be. I have no idea what is happening to me, and I am honestly really scared. If you can, please tell me what you think might be wrong and feel free to ask for more details if you need them.

@healingNutella26 hullo deer. :3

there are lots of mindfulness exercises that help you cope with and reduce stress over here! ^-^

do note that atm some of the "anxiety" exercises are actually under "education and assistance"

six minute breath awareness is actually a good place to start if you haven't been practicing mindfulness. :3

Have you checked your blood pressure? High blood pressure can cause a lot of distressing symptoms that you wouldn't expect! If you have a fast heart rate as well it can actually make you feel stressed without any exact cause.

You could also have depression. Classic symptoms are being low, and lack of appetite or proper sleep. I suggest seeing your doctor about seeing a psychologist or getting you on some anti-depressants.

For the meals you CAN get down, try to make sure they're nutritious if possible. Maybe look into a meal replacement beverage? I find those are easier to get down. Eat whatever you can, even if it's not the best for you, just to get your body back into hunger. Please do try to force yourself to get some exercise - it will help you fall asleep too and stimulate your appetite. I know it sounds easier said than done but it is so important. Even just dancing around your room in private for a few minutes will help get your cardio going.

I hope you can find some answers and feel like your old self again soon. Do keep us posted <3

Hey,

I'm sorry you are feeling this way. You mentioned that you don't know what is making you feel anxious. A really good way to identify what is making you Anxious is to keep an anxiety diary. How you would do this is, when you feel anxious write down:

-What is happening

-Where you are

-Score the anxiety out of 10, 10 being severe

-How you managed to reduce your anxiety.

If you do this for a couple of weeks you might notice a pattern as to what is causing/triggering you to feel anxious this also helps you identify how you can reduce your anxiety.

Hope this helps,

Take care

Hi @healingNutella26

I'm very sorry that you're feeling this way. While I cannot tell you want is happening to you not being in your shoes, I will suggest you to consult a doctor or who you go to in regards to your health.

To me it sounds like you're experiencing mild depression from having a great amount of anxiety It's not uncommon, it was what my doctor said happened to me when I was experiencing severe social anxiety and isolated myself from society, if it is what's happening to you, but I'd definitely suggest talking openly about it with someone whether it's a listener, friend, parent or professional.

I hope you'll take care fo yourself darling. The best of luck from me -hugs-
