Hello! I'm glad you found me on 7CupsofTea. I'm a trained active listener and like to support people with anxiety, panic attacks, depression, self-harm behaviors, and perfectionism. I am a college student.

I'm quite introverted but come out of my shell with time. I enjoy playing piano and guitar in my free time and I hope to compose my own music in the future. I also love writing; it's a great way for me to express myself.

I always appreciate feedback. My hope is that I can listen and provide support to the best of my ability. :)
