physical anxiety symptoms

...See more hey everyone, i have had anxiety for a long time, at one stage in my life it was there but barely existent. about a year ago i had a breakdown due to work and my anxiety became the worst it’s ever been and only seems to get even more worse now. over the last year i have become trapped by my anxiety, i struggle to go into public places as my whole body seizes up with anxiety. my muscles tighten everywhere and my legs become very weak to the point i can’t walk. I have medication but i still get very anxious. has anyone else experienced symptoms like these? how did you overcome them if so?
