Relationship Stress / by helloMaple7041

...See more I have had a recent relationship that was full of distrust abd manipulation. And that was my first actual relationship. He never used to trust me and would go through my phone 24/7 and accuse of me of the most horrible things. I finally left that relationship and i met a really nice guy from church. He treats me so well. The problem is i keep assuming things for the worst and getting mad at him without even fully asking. Im startingto act like my ex. I hate that he has to go through this he doesn't deserve to go through this ☹️ and he still loves even after all i keep doing. I don't want to do this i want to change i want to be a better person for him. I live him so much i don't want to hurt him💔. I don't know how to it just keeps happening. Today was the last straw which is why i downloaded this app. I want to learn how to control my emotions more and not act like this all the time🙁
