...See more Hey so I’m needing help me and my husband recently got married a couple weeks ago but have been together almost two years . He’s an amazing man and I wouldn’t trade him for the world but here recently I’ve noticed that I’m turning into my parents . I was raised by abusing Narcissist and every time me and my husband get into an argument I turn into them threatening him and telling him I don’t wanna be with him and I have only smacked him hard one time but never again . I always get loud and yell at him for every little thing I don’t wanna make him leave or feel like he’s not enough for me I just need help controlling my anger and my choice of words but I don’t know how to . Please help .
