...See more Not sure how to start... I'm a survivor of a child abuse. Not like violent or sexual, just mentally. I was a first child, and a daughter. Not a son. That's the reason i was invisible and slave to take care of my family. Hard to feel to be alive and have a reason to be able to be in this world. So I hurt myself to see blood and feel pain. Don't know how to stop. More than 40years, there is no hope. No one never be willing be my side.

...See more Hi everyone, I'm looking for an American support group or community that can be allowed to join from Japan. I have panic attacks constantly and a little bit self harm, and feel very depressed. However, there is no support group here that I can feel safe. I'm a Japanese female who was born and grew in Japan. However, I've never feel comfortable or safe in Japan. When I lived in SoCal, I felt so safe and very comfortable myself. So please help me if you know something. Please help me.
