I was diagnosed "Adult Children of Dysfunctional Family" and want to talk with similar people. Is anyone here?

Yes :) I’ve already removed myself from that whole situation and I try not to think of all the bad things I’ve been through in the past. I’m glad that my brain doesn’t remember a vast majority of my childhood.

Thank yyu for your response. How did you recover from that? And how did you rebuild self-seteem? It's really hard to rebuild it and I can't feel I'm worthy...

Same here....I think how my family and parents were during my childhood has contributed significantly to my failed self esteem and confidence
