Abusive dad

...See more My dad has always been abusive. Not directing but like breaking things. For istance today he tore our kitchen apart. Broke plates, furniture... I don't feel save in my room. I had things when he gets mad so that he doesn't brake them. I know he won't pyhiscally hurt me but breaking things takes a toll on my mental health. I get panic attacks and don't feel save around him. I also have my first ever therapy session (in person) and I don't know if I should tell them about this.I feel bad for my mom cuz she just suffers thru it. Her dad was also abusive so I feel so sad for her, she doesn't deserve this. I can't wait to one day move out.
