Help dealing with my very OCD Perosnailty Disorder father

...See more Don't know if this is the appropriate place for it, but I very strongly suspect my father has obsessive compulsive personality disorder, as opposed to General OCD. I'm trying to learn to communicate with him, or at the very least cope with his behavior in a way that doesn't make me resentful anger or frustrated. Would it be okay if I occasionally posted some behaviors of his here or specific interactions with him that frustrated me and lean towards the disorder? Trying to avoid venting in favor of positive feedback on what could be going on in his head how can better understand him and communicate in each case.

I have a ton of trouble focusing and finishing individual tasks on a good day, but right now I have a lot of important things to do over the next few weeks. I had reached out to family for support, but I'm pretty sure I'm on my own with this 😅 Anyone willing to check in and keep me on track and accountable to complete the things I need to do?
