...See more It’s currently 2am and I’m having such a hard time trying to fall asleep. I feel drowsy, I close my eyes and what feels like hours of sleeping, only 10 mins has passed and suddenly i’m well rested. Ive been having sleep issues since 2021 but I feel like it’s gotten worse over the years. I was afraid to go sleep at one point because I was having nightmares so often. I can feel myself getting drowsy again, hopefully I can sleep.
