is it weird if i don't show up in a group chat for a really long time?

...See more because i feel anxious to even read their chats. to see how they're so chatty when i don't show up but very quiet when i was active chatting in that group?  the last time, they ignored me for around 15 days. not wishing me anything on my day(yes that's a big deal for a nobody like me). they're my long time friends but now i feel like i don't belong to that friend group at all.

...See more they always see me that way cant get help, always overreacting i hate myself a lot of times i thought of it's better without me that im a burden i hate myself so bad if only i know when this will end im such a failure i only can tell on this site :(( i miss my momm i can cry anytime anywhere, my family never apologize they just silent treated me every after argument im so sick

...See more I think I may have avoidance issues, a little, because lately I avoided people first before they left.. I'm afraid of being left behind 😅  I also noticed how they stopped being my friends once I no longer am a people pleaser.  It's always amazing to me that people my age are already married or in a long time relationship while I'm still hating myself even though I try not to.
