How concerned should I be?

...See more I have been aware for the last couple of years that I wake up during night more often than an average person, as well as have more vivid dreams that I remember well. I also occasionally talk or scream or move, if my dreams are disturbing. I used to think it was just because of my joint disorder and me getting uncomfortable during night and waking up to reposition my body. I recently moved in with my SO and he has been complaining that he can't sleep next to me, as I'm moving or making sounds near constantly. I also feel really tired and slow during the day, especially regarding mental work, that I used to think was because of the medicated anxiety and depression, I have been experiencing for the last 10 years. However, the last coulple of nights i happened to sleep alone and decided to try counting, how many times a night I'm awake. To my astonishment in pretty ideal sleeping conditions (alone in a comfortable bed, good room temperature, aired out room, pretty quiet) I'm awake enough to register it about 20 times a night. That would average to 2-3 times a hour. I start doubting if I have slept a complete 90 minute sleep cycle in months, and I seem to start dreaming almost as soon as I close my eyes (I deffinately have dreamed on 10 minute naps) How concerned should I be?
