...See more I'm about to be a senior in high school. So much has happened in past two months and my anxiety has gotten so much worse. I had so much progress from not being able to ask for a marker to borderline acting on television. And now I'm dreading every day and everything brings a thought that shouldn't be in my head anymore. I want to decrease my anxiety again, because dear God, I can't do this
