...See more I’ve been on a controlled substance for about 8 years now. I started abusing them with my ex husband bc nothing I did was ever enough. Now I’m still stuck in a loop every month of abusing them and then crashing. I’ve had my bf administer them to me instead for a couple months, but I wanted to take control back and here I am awake in the middle of the night again. Any helpful advice would be appreciated. I would quit them completely, but I feel so dumb without them. Ugh.

...See more Struggling with taking my meds properly when I need them to function daily. I have had other people give them to me daily and hold onto them, I’ve also quit for a time and told my doctor about my abuse. It just makes me mad bc I want to do the right thing, I’m just so tired and depressed all the time. And the loop of abuse and sobering up every month is exhausting and they’re all I think about. Advice ?
