Bio
My name is Antonio, I’m 28 years old, and my path has been a continuous journey through nature, the mind, and inner transformation. At 18, I began traveling with my dog, seeking the solitude of nature as a refuge and as a way to understand who I truly was.
My personal story carries deep roots: my parents separated when I was 10, and the death of my father when I was 23 left a decisive mark on how I see life. For several years, I also struggled with addictions to drugs and tobacco. These were difficult experiences, but today I am completely free from them; I don’t smoke and I don’t use any substances.
Over time, my curiosity about the workings of the mind and the world of spirituality grew stronger. I explored inner disciplines, including family constellations, which helped me better understand the deep dynamics of relationships and emotions. Driven by this passion, I began a university course in psychology, which I eventually chose not to complete—because another path was calling me.
Today I live in Thailand and devote myself entirely to monastic life in the Thai Forest Tradition of Theravada Buddhism. This path represents the meeting point of inner exploration, discipline, compassion, and the commitment to turning every experience—even the painful ones—into a step toward greater awareness and freedom.
