Confused feelings, overwhelming emotions

...See more I don't know what's happening to me but I get very confused and I don't know how to feel at times, my motions get very high, like whenever I get angry I get very Angry. I start lashing out at people and I just don't know what's going on and I feel very confused and my emotions are very confusing because one time I feel this way and the next I feel the complete opposite just confusing me a lot and I'm terrified I don't know it just sucks right now because I have basically have no one to talk to and I don't know what to say anymore.
