Confused feelings, overwhelming emotions
I don't know what's happening to me but I get very confused and I don't know how to feel at times, my motions get very high, like whenever I get angry I get very Angry. I start lashing out at people and I just don't know what's going on and I feel very confused and my emotions are very confusing because one time I feel this way and the next I feel the complete opposite just confusing me a lot and I'm terrified I don't know it just sucks right now because I have basically have no one to talk to and I don't know what to say anymore.

Hi IceyFire123! Anger can be caused by a lot of things that others may feel that it should not. For example if you accidentally injure self while you exercise (stretching, lifting etc.). We might blame the gym we went to for not showing us how to properly use the machine. Perhaps the person next us was talking to loudly or was distracting us from staying focused. We could also be angry at ourselves because, now it means we are unable to go the gym and use a certain machine or continue our normal routine. However, we can also turn that anger into almost a self-humor. For example, "I tried to the ellipitcal that is like skiing. I got a good exercise, but my legs told me that I should probably just stick to non-skiing type workout (i.e. running, walking or jogging). Anger could also be for the right reasons, and people may not understand why we keep bringing that event up again. For example, a driver on the road may keep hitting his/her brakes before actually getting to a stop sign to ensure that they actually stop before getting to the stop line. While this may be well intentioned, this could cause the driver behind them to create an accident, and depending on the road conditon, could lead to a domino effect. But anger is a normal emotion that we all have. I believe we need to sit down with ourselves and run through what lead up to our anger. Is there a way we could have prevented ourselves from becoming more angry or less angry. We should aknowledge other people's feelings, if they get caught up in our emotions. It is not always easy, and sometimes it takes a long time for us to be relaxed enough to say the words "I am sorry" to another. It also takes us time to explain to ourselves and to others why we were mad once we calm down, so they will also understand what triggered the anger. The other party, whether it be friends, family, co-workers, significant others can often help mediate alternative solutions if we are willing to work with them. We musn't rule out any possibility to overcome anger, but we musn't be afraid to compromise either if the solution not only helps us for the present, but will help us going forward into the future.
While I realize this was quite a long response, I hope it helped. From what I understand, 7 Cups has resouces such as listeners and counselors to help talk through life's journey. Best of luck. :)
@orchardveil thanks about your advice but this anger is just very different because I am always so down and now a days I am rarely happy anymore, I am obssessed with basketball but now a days I just feel so out like I don't want to do it anymore I don't want to do anything.

I'm not a trained professional, but it sounds like there are other emotions at play here. Perhaps addressing those with a listener or finding someone that has had/or has experience with that might help more. :)
