Hi! I'm Lori, a happy, bubbly, ready to help, single and independent woman, ready to help. I have been through a rough childhood that made me want to know more about how the brain works and that made me want to share and help whoever is going through problems. I have had Severe anxiety, and recurrent panic attacks a few years back and I've learnt to deal and heal from it. I love music and people and would love to help as much as I can in this lifetime as many people as I can, because life can be so beautiful and rewarding with the right mindset and from a personal experience I know that a simple available ear can do wonders.

...See more Apparently this Christmas period has taken a tol on me. Normally I would go home and spend the whole week from xmas to NYE with friends and family which is my fav time of the year but this year I couldn't do that and it stressed me out so much that I've triggered my anxiety and depression... which feeds my insomnia so much that I found myself stuck in this never ending circle of overthinking and tiredness. I've tried lots and lots of things from breathing techniques, to sounds and baths and bedtime rituals to melt my fear of not being able to sleep away... and it's not working... I've started considering Xanax or other stronger stuff like that but I've been advised against it... any ideas on here? I'm afraid for the worst if this goes on for much longer... Thank you!!!
