...See more Ok so I've never written something like this before and occasionally it's really hard. Probably need trigger warnings here: self harm, suicidal thoughts There is a lot going on in my life right now bad and good things and I simply can't manage it. I feel anxiety all the time and meds are not helping. I've started injuring myself again and I can't stop thinking about suiside. I feel like i'm on the edge right now and I really don't know what to do. I think I need advices but from those who has mental issues too bc i hear this banal things like "just get some sleep or walk and you will be fine". Sorry if it was messy and also sorry for my english i'm not good at it
