...See more Hi everyone. I’ve been having panic attacks for several days and I also have it now. I live alone and feel quite bad. I don’t know the reason for this panic, but I feel anxious, stressed, tired, I feel that something bad may happen for no reason. I overthink everything. Since I live alone and don’t have friends, I can’t tell anyone that I feel quite bad generally and have panic attacks. Thanks for listening to me, it was very important for me to share.

...See more Hi everyone! I’m new here. I am not officially diagnosed with depression, but I have dyslexia, dyspraxia, adhd, I am autistic and I started feeling bad and lonely after some things have happened in my life. I feel extremely sad and abandoned right now because I have no social connections. A few words about myself. I am a graduate student, I enjoy sport, traveling, I have lived in 3 countries. I am shy but I enjoy communication despite I have no friends. I am a caring, friendly, responsible and positive person (I try to find good moments in life even if everything goes wrong). I help my relatives who are diagnosed and I try to make their lives better and support them.
