...See more Hey there! I’m not really sure I belong to this community since I don’t think I’m depressed or I’m not sure. Sometimes I feel really lonely and the stupid thing is I can’t really talk to anyone about this since I understand that I’m not lonely - I have close friends and parents who really love me. The problem is I overthink and I’m too sensitive or something Sometimes I’m just talking to a friend, we get distracted on something and I’m waiting till he asks to continue but he doesn’t. And I understand if it happens once but it happens a bunch of times. And it’s hard for me because I’m really empathetic and I always try to make another person feel as comfortable as possible when talking to me. And of course I’m waiting for the same thing. And at moments like this I just persuade myself that I’m not interesting/worthy to other people. That nobody cares what’s happening to me and in my life. And it’s devastating because I know they care and these two thoughts fight with each other. Tell me please if you experience something like that and what you do And have a good day :)
