...See more Most people when they think of insecurities about weight they believe that it’s only people who think they are overweight. But the truth is that maybe you don’t want to be skinny. As someone skinny it is indeed possible for someone to feel insecure about being too small and feeling weak and underweight and useless. All weight insecurities are important and should be listened to equally. Being smaller is annoying because I’m constantly be told to eat food and that I need to gain weight. People don’t understand that I have a higher metabolism and digest food differently then others and it’s completely normal. I hate being skinny.

...See more My dad had a New Years resolution to get healthier and get a diet. This wasn’t an issue until he enforced these rules on me and my sisters who are all pretty skinny. Whenever we would eat “unhealthy” foods he would say things like “ that’s real healthy” and “all you ever eat is sugar”. Eventually I stopped feeling hungry and would feel grossed out by the thought of eating and I still do. I still love my father because of everything he does for my family but my self esteem has depleted even more. This was only me venting and I would appreciate some advice. Thank You.
