My weight
Most people when they think of insecurities about weight they believe that it’s only people who think they are overweight. But the truth is that maybe you don’t want to be skinny. As someone skinny it is indeed possible for someone to feel insecure about being too small and feeling weak and underweight and useless. All weight insecurities are important and should be listened to equally. Being smaller is annoying because I’m constantly be told to eat food and that I need to gain weight. People don’t understand that I have a higher metabolism and digest food differently then others and it’s completely normal. I hate being skinny.

Hi Ime, i agree with you. For some people gain weight is as hard as it is for others to lose it. I’m a holistic nutritionist, so that’s more than an opinion 😉. Eating is much more than maintaining, losing or gaining weight, it’s also a way to be with friends and family, to enjoy and to have a great time. If you’re trying to gain weight, it would be helpful to look for a good professional near to you. What I cal tell you before hand is to avoid any kind of medication or purge on high calorie foods just to increase your weight-if anyone offers you that just walk away. See if you are in a save range of weight, you can ask your doctor, and if everything is okay ✅ physically then you are good 👍. If that still bothers you think if you want to gain weight and muscle for yourself or if you’re doing that just bc of other people’s remarks. Don’t let these comments get under your skin. People talk sometimes just to talk and their remarks can affect others negatively for life. If you are healthy and feeling good then you should be good 😊.
Have a great day

Thank you for sharing. Our bodies are part of us and and your having a higher metabolism does impact your ability to gain weight impacts how you have to manage your eating and it's unfortunate that others have to have comments that are distressing for you.
I think it can be difficult when people don't talk with us but assume there is a solution of their own to fix what they see is the issue.
Being thin isn't necessarily from an eating disorder as I'm hearing you share, but your body. There are many who have bodies of different sizes who do not have eating disorder and their bodies are dictated through genetics, metabolism and such.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts and your struggle with us.
