...See more I always try to escape from myself, from my thoughts by keeping myself busy in other things like watching movies, web series, sleeping, etc. Whenever I sit idle, all the negative thoughts start bombarding in my mind. I have zero confidence on me. I always doubt myself. I don't know how to fix it?
