Since then, I've felt an intense emptiness in my chest, anxiety, sadness, and a lot of loneliness. I'm on vacation, I spend a lot of time alone, and I don't have a close support network, which makes everything more difficult. I don't have any thoughts of harming myself, but I need emotional support and someone to listen to me as I go through this process and learn to let go.
