...See more Hi. It would be highly appreciated if someone could give me some valuable advice or takes on my situation. I have been working in the HR industry. I’ve been with 3 employers for the last 4 years. My longest stay was for 7 months. I resigned from my recent employer because the manager assessed my performance based on extraneous tasks that were not included on my job description. I felt that no matter how hard I tried, I wouldn’t last because my previous manager always expected that I would work extra hard on my extraneous tasks. Because of that, I had a more difficult time in doing my main tasks. Is this complaining? Am I just not compatible with my previous employers? Am I not job-fit or company-fit enough? I just want a stable job (even if it’s not HR).  I actually am debating whether I give up applying as HR Assistant and go to a different field. Do you have any suggestions for job positions that are related to psychology (but not HR, IT, and math-related)? Thank you for your time.
