How do I stop being so obsessed and attached to my boyfriend?

...See more My boyfriend and I have only been dating for 9 months and I’m unhealthily obsessed and attached to him. I feel like it’s putting too much pressure on him and mentally for me. I feel sad if he isn’t with me all the time. We live in a graduate house with 6 other people and he says all the time it’s okay if we don’t hangout alone or don’t see each other one day. I understand I need to give him time and space but it makes me feel loved when he spends time with me and sees just me. I understand we have to include the whole house most of the time but sometimes I want our alone time and I get sad if i don’t get it how i imagine it. We do other things like have jobs, different times we come home, extra things like the gym and seeing family and friends so we do have time apart, but it’s the anxiety in me that thinks if i don’t see him he’s cheating or doesn’t love me anymore or something dumb like that. I know it’s not true but my anxiety gets the best of my thoughts. I’ve talked to him about this too so he’s aware and tries to compromise. I guess it’s just me. I need to rewire my brain to stop being so attached and obsessed. How can I do that? I don’t want to ruin this relationship I really really care about him.

...See more So I’m a graduate student who has to live in random housing each year so I don’t pick who lives with me. There was 7 of us last year and now 7 again. The only difference is last year the roommates didn’t both us. I actually met my boyfriend that’s my roommate through this program because he lives in my house. So we started dating last year hasn’t been a full year yet. Anyway, he used to do a lot of nice things for me and follow me around everywhere and always think and do things for me but not so much or not as much anymore now that the new people moved in which is fine because maybe it’ll go back to the way it was when everything settles. Now there’s a lot to unpack here. There’s 4 guys in the house now which is good for him he loves that and 3 girls (including me). I have really really bad crippling anxiety and i’m extremely emotional/sensitive and i know i’m trying to work on it but the girls already know each other from their ungrad school and are already bffs won’t leave each others side and i’m trying to talk to them but it’s like i’m being ignored or a third wheel but then the one girl LOVES to follow my boyfriend around and ask for his vape and go into his room or even just scream his name for attention. I told my boyfriend she makes me feel insecure and i’m scared he’ll want her and not me anymore and he reassured me it’s nothing to worry about and to trust him. I never had a reason in the past before to not trust him but i still don’t trust this situation and it’s a lot im dealing with right now in my head. Just feeling left out of their friendship, mad bc she’s trying to take my place or think she is, and how do i get rid of this anxiety.. I just want this year to be a good one, after this year is up him and i move out which is good but idk if we’re staying here in this state or going back to our home town in the other state (because we are from the same hometown) You can literally rip me apart in the comments I know it’s so stupid to write all this down and read it back like what am i worried for but guess what i’m extremely worried and it’s the only thing on my mind legit eating it away so please help me in those areas^^^^ thanks !!!
