...See more So I'm standing at this overpass,I've been doing it a lot lately..It's like I come here everyday.So..Now you're standing here like me,and you see a man whiskey coming through his pores,a woman scratching at her arm at an itch that doesn't exist in your world,a child shivering,wishing upon stars for a home..A HUMAN..And don't mistake me,I'm not about to say that person's seemingly pitiful condition is a sign of warning for you so to speak,oh no love,you've been warned plenty,but in that instant a good choice is about to be made within you... You sweat,you second guess,you fumble with your cigarette,but it is to no avail,you just got told my friend,it is as though for a split second the whole Universe narrows down to you and your immediate surrounding ,and then it goes back to expanding at it's natural pace,a tear rolls down your cheek not visible to anyone around you.. There's no helping it now..you've made the choice,it has been made with and without you and for some odd reason you find yourself saying "Thank you,Thank you...oh Thank you" into thin air.. :)
