...See more My ex and I broke up over a month ago after three years, I recently got notified off a fake account that he was involved with his ex again (he said to me he hated her when we were together) and I’d discovered he’d friend requested her on facebook very recently, so I confronted him about this and he said nothing was going on, he doesn’t know who would message me and that it made him ‘feel sick’ and ‘wound him up’ that someone would message me with blatant lies... should I trust him? As soon as I mentioned they were friends on facebook, he deleted her... I don’t know what to think, do you guys think he’s telling the truth or just lying to stop me from hurting?

...See more Me and my ex broke up after 3 years of relationship nearly a month ago, the breakup was messy and he said/done a lot of things that weren’t nice to me on that day. I asked him yesterday if I could get back everything I bought for his place, he seemed quite happy to do so but now I’ve been told through a mutual friend that he is posting things on his instagram trying to make me out to be a bad person, when I just want my things back... am I in the wrong?

...See more I text my ex today, we split up a week and a half ago after 3 years of a relationship, I asked him if this is 100% what he wants for us not to be together, the message has delivered but he hasn’t replied as of yet, but he is active on Whatsapp... I don’t know what I should do, do I take this as a good sign that he is unsure and hasn’t replied because of this, or is he just ignoring me because he doesn’t want to talk to me and is over the relationship. HELP!

...See more I’ve recently got out of a relationship of nearly 3 years and I’m going through the different stages of grief, at the moment I just feel completely fixated on wanting to know what he’s doing, if he’s adding new girls to his social media, if he even cares at all, because it feels as if I’m the only one hurting, I was wondering if anyone had any helpful tips to stop this mindset because it’s doing me more harm than good. Bear in mind I want the relationship to work but it would mean him making changes as it was his behaviour that ended the relationship in the first instance, but I have no hope that he will, so I just need help with the above ^ thank you.
