...See more I’ve suffered from anxiety and depression for as long as I can remember but lately everything feels worse. I have an 8 yo son with ASD and adhd, I have an unhealthy relationship with my mother. She has supported me through my son’s life because his father was not present. I remarried about 18months ago and I love him but I also feel like he isn’t good for me. I used to have so many close relationships but lately I’ve realised I’ve isolated myself from so many people. I feel like he be belittles me, he thinks I’m stupid and will railroad me and gaslight me to the point where I am so broken that I don’t function. He hasn’t ever hit me and I know that’s not the only way people can be violent but then I start thinking maybe it is me and I’m broken and unlovable. I just want to curl up and cry. Maybe if anyone else has had a similar experience and offer a kind ear or you feel alone too.
