Feeling Lost In My Relationship

...See more I'm struggling with my relationship with my girlfriend. We've been together for two and a half years. Lately, it's been difficult and things have felt very distant. I'm worried that she's losing interest. She doesn't give me the same time or attention that she used to. Sometimes, she'll go the whole day without a text or call, and it feels like I'm not even her boyfriend anymore. I've noticed she seems much happier when she's around her friends. Whenever we had arguments, she always suggested breaking up. I told her I didn't want that, but honestly, I've been feeling the same way. We don't seem to be connecting anymore. But I'm also terrified of breaking up and being alone, especially when living in foreign country. Even now, while we're still together, I feel incredibly lonely. And I feel trapped. It feels like whatever decision I make – staying or leaving – I'm going to end up in pain and alone. I'm not sure what to do. I feel like I'm stuck, and I need help figuring out how to navigate this.
