...See more I started a new job 2 months ago and I love it. It’s a lot but I’m struggling with it. I’ve always masked myself at work to fit in. It’s worked a bit with a few people but I would never fully be accepted and I was fine with that. When I started my new job, I told myself I would stop masking and just be myself. Well, that backfired. I’m an enthusiastic worker but I tend to rush ahead of myself. It’s something I am working on. However, due to tablets I’ve been on for a while, my memory is shocking. I’m not retaining as much as I would and I’m not getting any further along than I thought I would be. However, this is something I am also working on. There is this one worker. I don’t know what I have done but they make me feel like poo. They took their eyes or mutter under their breath whenever I have something to contribute. It’s really starting to get to me. I have trauma and this is all very triggering. I don’t want to be the person who cries all the time at work or have myself used against me anymore. I don’t sleep, I’m constantly exhausted
